NEW YORK, August 12, 2026--EOS Hospitality Credit Partners, the hospitality lending business of EOS Investors LLC ("EOS"), provided a $105 million mortgage loan to T2 Hospitality, secured by the TETRA / AC Moffett Park Campus, a recently built, 350-key, dual-branded Marriott hotel campus in Sunnyvale, Calif.
