AeroVironment to Establish Industrial Presence in Greece Through AV Eagle

ATHENS, Greece, August 20, 2026--AeroVironment, Inc. ("AV") (NASDAQ: AVAV), a global leader in all-domain defense technologies, today announced it will establish an industrial presence in Greece through AV Eagle, a joint-venture with Athens-based Eyeonix SA, following the completion of a definitive shareholders agreement and securing Foreign Direct Investment approval from the Hellenic Republic Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
